The Sound Criminals are one of the more entertaining live bands in Plymouth, Devon & Cornwall, and the south west. They formed in January 2009 and very quickly started writing their own songs, taking inspiration from their diverse, collective musical tastes. They agreed early on not to limit them selves to any particular genre, but just write and play music that they all like. The Sound Criminals' current set consists mainly of their own songs, and just a few interesting covers.

The Sound Criminals are an entertaining, and popular live, gigging band with a good following that grows every time they play. More recently they have built a studio and have started recording. Their current recordings can be heard in this play list or explored in the media section.
